The Farmington Election Commission consists of the City Clerk, City Attorney and one Councilmember. The Commission appoints the Board of Election Inspectors for each precinct and has charge of all activities and duties required of it by statute and City Charter relating to the conduct of elections in the City.
- 3 members, City Clerk, City Attorney and one member of City Council. A Council member who is a candidate for public office at the election at which the Commission is conducting is not eligible to serve.
