Go Native! Learn How to Make Your Garden EcoFriendly
Release date: 3/29/2011
Learn how to save time, money and improve the Rouge River in your own backyard by gardening with native plants. Gardening with native shrubs and wildflowers is fun and rewarding. These hardy plants require less care than many ornamental plants brought here from around the world, saving you time and money. Deep root systems of native plants absorb rain water, which helps to reduce flooding in nearby waterways.
